North America – Integrated Business Planning & Process Excellence Director

Responsibilities- Drive the North America IBP and management process transformation strategy and execution.
- Develop standard processes and system execution to deliver performance improvement across the business.
- Build capability and coach step process owners and business leaders to embed new skills organization‑wide.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on process transformation, demand and capacity planning, and business planning capabilities.
- Ensure alignment and linkages between SBP, ABP, planning processes, and ongoing S&OP and S&OE cycles.
- Influence stakeholders and leverage internal and external contacts for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate heavily with category, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver growth, profitability, improved forecast accuracy, and bias reduction.
- Leadership experience managing regional and/or global teams, preferably in Planning and S&OP.
- Cross‑functional knowledge across supply chain functions (Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Sourcing, Supply, Transportation) with financial metrics and drivers.
- Proven ability to establish vision, strategy, and lead implementation.
- Technical expertise in demand planning, statistical forecasting, demand sensing, and performance analytics.
- Hands‑on experience implementing S&OP/S&OE/IBP steps, and managing or leading one or more steps in a large‑scale business.
- Strong communication skills, credibility, and a track record of building trusted relationships.
- Positive, energetic approach to promote team engagement and results.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate diverse perspectives to drive solutions.
185,780 – 240,140 USD per year (US locations only). Position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including 401(k) and profit sharing.
