You’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy‑to‑use solutions to deliver the performance they need. With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Technology Sales Associate to join our growing Technology Sales team. This junior‑level role is focused on supporting our Technology Sales Executives (TSEs) by generating pipeline, following up on inbound client requests, and booking qualified meetings. You will work across multiple lead sources including our abandon cart report
, help ticket queue
, and EDI case requests
, ensuring our TSEs have a steady stream of client meetings and opportunities to close.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow into a full sales career in technology and SaaS solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Call and email prospects within assigned TSE territories to schedule meetings on their behalf.
  • Leverage a strong leads report
    .
  • Review case requests and route/assign to the correct TSE.
  • Partner closely with TSEs to book qualified meetings that turn into pipeline.
  • Track all outreach, meetings, and outcomes in CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting‑booked and activity targets.
Education and Experience
  • 1–2 years of sales, business development, or customer‑facing experience preferred (internships and retail/CS experience welcome).
  • Strong phone presence and ability to handle high call/email volume.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Coachable, organized, and hungry to grow into a technology sales career.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed (e.g., moving office supplies or small packages).
  • Ability to bend, reach, or stoop as needed to access file cabinets, office equipment, or other resources.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods.
  • Ability to work at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time, including using a computer or writing.
Fully Remote (U.S. Only)

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or your location of record within the U.S. with no in‑office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance.
