Pangea Cyber Corporation is looking for a full-time remote Technical Account Manager II to engage with diverse customers post-sale. You will lead the onboarding process and assist new customers in successful deployment and long-term engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, professional fluency in English, and be familiar with Windows Server Operating Systems. You will work closely with various teams to define success criteria and advocate for the customer.
