Senior Demand Planner

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and DC replenishment to meet established quality thresholds to provide acceptable outputs to all stakeholders; use machine learning, statistical and judgmental forecasting methods to produce forecasts that support supply chain decision‑making and work with cross‑functional teams to maintain methodologies for supplier and DC replenishment; ensure restaurant and DC level forecasts meet established goals for accuracy by monitoring consumer sales, marketing activity, and menu offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or related field
- 3 years of related experience
- Any amount of experience designing, implementing, and/or managing statistical/machine learning models to generate accurate sales forecasts
- Any amount of experience analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends, manage item performance, and optimize demand forecasting accuracy
- Any amount of experience creating and optimizing inventory and sales performance reports in Data Visualization tools and Excel to improve supply chain performance tracking
- Any amount of experience utilizing SQL to extract sales and forecast data from databases for demand planning analysis
- Any amount of experience responding to demand forecast related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Up to 60% remote work allowed.
Salary range: $94,000 - $114,000
