Job Title
5+ years of business analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of customer service, case management, omnichannel, and CRM processes.
Familiarity with power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML), and user story writing.
Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred certifications:
Dynamics 365 fundamentals (CRM), business analyst certifications (IIBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).
