  • Facilitate portions of the Property Manager onboarding curriculum, teach the organization’s weekly new hire orientation, and host assigned virtual learning workshops throughout the year.
  • Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs and maintain participant and facilitator resources.
Learning Content Development
  • Lead the organization’s internal podcast initiative by identifying relevant topics, partnering with subject matter experts to develop content, and coordinating production and distribution.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create engaging learning resources that reinforce operational priorities and best practices.
Operations Communications & Process Improvement
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison between the Home Office and Property Managers by preparing the monthly Operations communication and partnering with departments to effectively roll out new initiatives.
  • Work with subject matter experts to simplify operational procedures, improve process clarity, and develop job aids, guides, checklists, and other resources that help Property Managers and their teams execute work consistently and efficiently.
Event Planning
  • Coordinate the annual leadership conference for above-property Operations leaders, managing event logistics, travel arrangements, materials, schedules, vendor coordination, and participant communications.
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly resources.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the confidence to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or training programs.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Operations, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in hospitality, multifamily housing, property management, or another service-based industry.
  • Experience with instructional content development.

  • A successful Learning & Development Operations Specialist thrives on creating exceptional learning experiences while keeping complex projects organized and moving forward. They communicate clearly, think critically, and transform operational information into practical, easy-to-use resources that help Property Managers and Operations leaders succeed. They are equally comfortable coordinating the details behind the scenes and confidently facilitating learning experiences in front of groups, creating an engaging and professional experience for new and existing team members.
