Numerator is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to own commercial transactions across the Americas from Chicago, IL. You will manage a portfolio of multi-faceted deals, drafting and negotiating SaaS and data licensing agreements while advising Sales, Product, and Finance on business risk.
Lead strategic negotiations with independence, report to the General Counsel, and leverage AI tools and legal tech to optimize templates and processes.
