This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Specialist Physician/APP Leadership Development and Wellbeing based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence within a large healthcare environment by supporting strategic initiatives that improve provider leadership, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
The position serves as a key partner to executive sponsors and cross-functional teams, helping translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
You will lead complex projects, coordinate system-wide programs, and build processes that strengthen operational performance and team collaboration.
This is an impactful role for an experienced healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
You will contribute to initiatives that enhance provider experiences, support leadership development, and advance organizational goals.

Accountabilities
  • Lead operational initiatives and cross-functional project teams focused on organizational priorities and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex initiatives while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and project requirements.
  • Manage ongoing programs and operational activities that support leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget considerations.
  • Drive clear operational and organizational communication across assigned initiatives and programs.
  • Support process improvement efforts, including quality improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Provide visibility into project progress, challenges, and outcomes through effective reporting and stakeholder updates.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operations or project management professional with the ability to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and improve organizational processes. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations management, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, execution, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting quality improvement, operational efficiency, or cost reduction initiatives preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
