Manage existing client engagements to drive growth in new technology and

accounts. Responsible for the growth of the company in the US region.

Help clients make better data driven decisions in their sales,

marketing, and customer relationship management, R&D and supply chain

functions. The services include performance reporting, ad hoc business

analysis and other related analysis like segmentation, targeting,

revenue growth and optimization, and migration. Meet the revenue and

profit targets for the company and ensure high client satisfaction in

the existing accounts through delivery as per mutually agreed Service

Levels. Nurture & develop people, improve competence levels in

preparation for future growth of Technology and practice at

The Math Company . Engage with stakeholders in the client organization to

review support provided by The Math Company . Conduct monthly and quarterly

business reviews with key client stakeholders to measure client

satisfaction; work with Canada, US, and India team to develop roadmap to

enhance client satisfaction. Act as first escalation point of contact

for client services. Discuss with stakeholders the reason behind

escalation, work with Canada, US, and India teams to perform causal

analysis, as appropriate, determine corrective and preventive actions,

and ensure implementation of such actions. Participate in client

meetings along with the team to define the project scope and

deliverables. Review project status with clients and ensure alignment of

delivery with business needs. Review contracts, statement of works, and

any other agreements related to clients and ensure required documents

are in place to perform services. Lead efforts on client engagements to

identify analytical services in support of business needs. Engage with

new and existing groups within the client organization to identify new

opportunities for The Math Company . Introduce The Math Company  business

model to new groups and explain the value proposition. Conduct

discussions with clients to identify business problems and need for

The Math Company  services. Drive discussions within the team to develop

proposals for new opportunities. Review new business proposals and

ensure pricing and staffing models are in line with account margin

targets. Ensure all required documentation like statement of work,

master services agreement, and purchase orders are in place for

The Math Company  to start performing its services. Participate in meetings

with prospective clients to bring in domain expertise and identify

business problems where The Math Company  can help. Develop proof of

concepts and propose solutions with the team for the identified business

problems. Review and approve proposals for prospective clients which

include proposed solutions, staffing and pricing models. Identify

resources and skill set requirements to deliver against targets set for

the financial years. Work with the recruitment team to hire employees

across all levels with niche background. Take a final call on all hiring

decisions for the team. Identify training needs for the team and

collaborate with subject matter experts and conduct training. Conduct

regular performance assessments for teams to identify gaps, share

feedback, recommend promotions and decide on separations if required.

Review and take decisions on the companys cost structure in alignment

with account profit targets. Conduct project status review meetings with

the US and India team. Review key project deliverables to ensure

alignment of delivery with client needs. Work with appropriate contacts

in client organization to set up governance protocols, and establish

cadence to review progress on engagement, make decisions to course

correct (as necessary) and/or to bring improvements to customer

experience. Position is fixed location based in Chicago, IL office;

however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. 25 % domestic travel may be required for client meetings or team collaboration.

Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management,

Business Administration, or a directly related field plus seven (7)

years of experience managing projects or customer engagements.
