The Operations AI and Marketing Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is unique in supporting day-to-day operations leveraging AI, including coordinating order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of products. This role is also responsible for all online marketing for our customers, along with the build-out of Social Media, which would also leverage AI skills.

The Operations Specialist will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to improve workflows, maintain accurate records, and resolve operational issues. Daily activities include building out marketing/social platforms, monitoring KPIs, preparing operational reports, assisting with process improvements, and supporting cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. In addition being support using Odoo to ensure there is a smooth operational flow by creating repeatable company reporting for the company and customers.

The role also involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and smooth execution of operational plans.

It is a unique support role that is needed as we are growing quickly and could lead to full-time employment if desired.

• Strong AI analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
• Strong understanding of using Odoo for Inventory, Sales, Purchases, and Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to explain results.
• Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives on time and within scope.
• Ability to build out Social Media platforms and support the online business.
• Sales support experience or familiarity with sales processes is beneficial for coordinating with commercial teams.
• High Proficiency with spreadsheets and must know how to use Odoo expertly to build out reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment.
