This full-time Business Analyst/Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Chicago Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Periodic in office presence is required. The role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives across equipment, service, and support functions. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and optimizing business processes, conducting data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations and project plans.

The individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure solutions are aligned with stakeholder needs and company goals. Regular collaboration with operations, engineering, finance, and leadership teams is expected, along with preparing reports and presentations that support decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills, such as process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Strong proficiency with coding/scripting, spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and reporting/visualization platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Systems, Engineering.
• Experience in heavy industry, equipment services, logistics, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
