At Perennial Properties, we don't just manage communities, we build and elevate them.
We are a boutique, owner-operated firm overseeing Class A communities in some of Atlanta's most sought-after, Belt Line-connected neighborhoods including:
Inman Park, West Midtown, and Old Fourth Ward. Our structure allows for direct access to ownership and executive leadership, giving you a front-row seat to how strategic decisions are made and the ability to directly shape how efficiently they get executed.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-trust operations role at the center of the business supporting senior leadership across complex calendars, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio-wide initiatives. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution: managing priorities before they become problems, keeping leadership two steps ahead, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, multi-site organization.
If you are a proactive operator who thrives on structure, discretion, and being indispensable to the people you support, this is your seat at the table.
