Senior Project Manager, M&A & Projects US Operations; Fully Remote

• Lead project management for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from planning through execution.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, work streams, milestones, and dependencies.
• Facilitate executive-level communications, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in M&A, corporate development, or similar environments.
• Prior experience leading an M&A project or integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex topics to executives.
• Expected salary range of $150,000–$250,000 per year.
• Fully remote work environment within the United States.
