As a direct marketing media analyst on the Direct Media team, you'll support business-specific marketing analysis by researching, identifying trends, and applying problem-solving skills to inform decisions. In this role, you'll work largely independently to identify opportunities, manage projects, and recommend next steps with your manager. You'll contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, retention analysis, testing, channel spend evaluation, re-solicitation efforts, and other media processes that support budget management and monthly reporting.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly one to two times per year.
Minimum qualifications- A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions
- Proven project management, process improvement, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, media, and analytics teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate systems, processes, and data-related challenges
$67,300 - $89,700/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
