Job Overview
Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large remodel company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We are seeking an in‑office Bathroom Remodel Estimator Designer Salesperson to join our growing business.
Responsibilities- Estimate bathroom projects.
- Run 3-4 pre‑scheduled appointments a day in the Chicagoland area, especially Chicago downtown and south Chicago.
- Manage sales pipeline and close sales.
- Work from home or in‑office as required.
- NO COLD CALLING.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to multi‑task and have general construction knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Commission‑only pay structure. Most of our sales people make between $80,000 and $160,000 annually.
