As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination between clients, design teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project plans
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead client communication and maintain strong working relationships
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost Facilitate project meetings, including preconstruction and progress meetings
• Track project documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Experience with Procore and/or CMiC
• Background in Corporate, Healthcare, or Higher Education construction environments
• Experience managing occupied or mission-critical facilities

• Ability to travel to project sites, meetings, and client locations as needed
• Flexibility to work extended hours during critical project phases
• Must be able to navigate active construction sites and comply with safety requirements
