REMOTE – Must live within 60 mile radius of Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shifts Range:
Monday – Saturday – 12:30 pm – 10:30 pm (40‑hour work week)

Contract to Hire

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high‑volume, schedule‑driven, structured contact‑center operation.
• Provide information regarding client’s products and services with active listening, system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive interaction.

Customer service, data entry, inbound and outbound calls, call center.

Contract to Hire, based out of Sandy Springs, GA.

Pay range: $19.50–$19.50/hr.
