Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class service in every customer interaction, maintaining trust and confidence
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls per day and maintain 2+ hours of daily talk time
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
  • Proactively identify retention risks or coverage gaps, escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance overall service execution
Qualifications
  • At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)
  • Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on retention and problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and internal systems for record-keeping
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Experience in sales or cross-selling products
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
