Key Responsibilities- Receive incident reports and initiate first notice of loss
- Engage callers with responsiveness, care, and concern
- Guide customers through structured interview processes or scripted questions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports
- Resolve issues with professionalism and elevate when necessary
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing policies, schedules, and interactions
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Quiet, secure home office/workspace
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Genesys phone system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Comfort with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Technical Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload)
