We are a fast-growing company with a strong customer base and are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team.

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assist them with inquiries, orders, and any other concerns they may have. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Must have a quiet and distraction‑free workspace for remote work
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus

This is a part-time or full-time remote position, with flexible working hours. The contract terms will be discussed during the interview process.
