Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)    Leads the location’s customer service team to ensure adherence to quality standards. (30%)    Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives of manufacturing quality. Ensures that the team follows Littelfuse’s processes and procedures for quality. (20%)    Other duties as assigned.
** Salary Range:**$104,400 - $161,760
