Remote Benefits Representative – Entry Level Friendly
The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding and currently seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term remote career within customer service, benefits education, and financial protection services.
No prior insurance or sales experience is required. We provide structured virtual training, mentorship, and step-by-step onboarding designed to help new team members develop professional communication and client support skills in a remote environment.
This position is best suited for individuals who are coachable, dependable, professional, and comfortable working with people in a virtual setting.

- Meet with clients virtually by phone and Zoom
