Key Responsibilities Connect with members through a mix of inbound and outbound communication Schedule and lead virtual meetings to review benefit options Deliver clear, engaging presentations tailored to each client’s needs Guide members through a simple enrollment and documentation process Keep detailed and accurate client records using digital systems Follow up professionally to ensure a smooth and positive experience Participate in ongoing training and development programs
