Turbo Tax is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions regarding Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You will help with basic navigation, document import, printing, filing, and general tax queries while working from home.
The role offers a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week. You’ll receive continuous support and a certification bonus of $405 once certified.
