As a member of the Online Customer Support team, you will be instrumental in upholding and strengthening the True Glory Hair brand. We strive to deliver an extraordinary experience to each and every customer, and that's where you come in! You will wow customers with kindness and delight them every day with absolutely stellar customer service!

What you’ll do:

• Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, social channels, and live chat
• Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
• Master our internal systems in order to efficiently and effectively process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Channel recurring customer inquiries to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design, and product
