Polsinelli is looking for a Help Desk Agent in Atlanta, GA. This position allows remote or hybrid work options, and the hours are 11-7 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in helpdesk support, preferably in a law firm, and is proficient in Microsoft products. A college degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered.
