Health Concierge Specialist

Schedule:

11:30am - 8pm EST (Preferred), 10:30am - 7pm EST (Open to, if necessary). For the first 60-90 days of training, schedule will be 9:30am-6pm EST. This role is 100% fully remote (Work from Home) based in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Be the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing assistance on Drug and Occupational Health screening requests.
  • Understand candidate needs and provide tailored solutions by researching and contacting collection sites and clinics.
  • Facilitate calls, send emails, texts, or use Salesforce to answer all internal and external inquiries.
  • Register applicants for appropriate services and ensure successful completion of those services.
  • Enter data of laboratory results, physical examinations, and breath alcohol tests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to drug order fulfillment and operations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred:
    Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1-year Client Service/Support experience.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently following established directions.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable with diverse individuals locally and remotely.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
