Health Concierge Specialist
Schedule:
11:30am - 8pm EST (Preferred), 10:30am - 7pm EST (Open to, if necessary). For the first 60-90 days of training, schedule will be 9:30am-6pm EST. This role is 100% fully remote (Work from Home) based in the United States.
- Be the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing assistance on Drug and Occupational Health screening requests.
- Understand candidate needs and provide tailored solutions by researching and contacting collection sites and clinics.
- Facilitate calls, send emails, texts, or use Salesforce to answer all internal and external inquiries.
- Register applicants for appropriate services and ensure successful completion of those services.
- Enter data of laboratory results, physical examinations, and breath alcohol tests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to drug order fulfillment and operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred:
Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant work experience. - 1-year Client Service/Support experience.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently following established directions.
- Collaborative team player comfortable with diverse individuals locally and remotely.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional business travel.
