Talent Pop App recherche un Représentant du Service à la Clientèle bilingue (Français/Anglais) pour un poste 100% télétravail, basé au Canada. Vous serez le premier contact des clients et assurerez des réponses rapides et professionnelles dans les deux langues.
Vous utiliserez des outils CRM (Zendesk, Salesforce) et participerez à la résolution d’incidents, à la gestion des commandes et au maintien d’un haut niveau de satisfaction client, avec des horaires rotatifs incluant les week-ends.
