Shift: Open availability required between 7:45 AM - 10:00 PM (local time);
Training
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
+ Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
What You'll Be Doing
+ Answer inbound customer calls and chat inquiries, assisting with account creation, password resets, document uploads, and general support.
+ Help customers understand eligibility requirements and healthcare coverage options while delivering a positive customer experience.
+ Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
+ Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
+ Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
+ Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
+ Professional background in retail, hospitality, or food service may be considered.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
+ Stable and recent work history with no significant employment gaps.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
