Joby is seeking a Customer Support & Product Demo Specialist to represent the company to new and existing customers. This full-time, fully remote role is open worldwide.
You will run live demos via Zoom, handle Intercom-based support, onboard new customers, create helpful self-serve content, and relay product feedback to the team. Strong English and self-motivation are essential, with experience in SaaS and CRMs a plus.
