Customer Service Representative - Part Time

12pm-8:30pm Sunday

6pm-8:30pm Monday & Tuesday

PART TIME ONLY

Description

Receive all work order requests via telephone or email and create work orders, determining description, correct trade skill set, priority, location, requestor and contact information

Utilize multiple CMMS systems to distribute, coordinate, track and monitor requests

Contact customers to ascertain data omitted on work orders and follow up to determine customer satisfaction

Maintain ongoing contact with Internal Clients to ensure follow through on requests including work order updates and completion

Provide daily transitions to team and Management to include unresolved issues, main events and quality programs

Track and assist in resolution of customer issues and follow-up

Perform random completed work order surveys to provide management with customer satisfaction reports

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
