Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through phone, chat, and email support. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and return policies.
• Assist customers with order placement, shipment tracking, and return/exchange processing.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Document and track customer interactions in the service database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and optimize customer experience.

• Availability: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift details assigned upon hire)
• Training Period: 2 weeks of initial training followed by 2 weeks of nesting in-office before transitioning to a work from home arrangement.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role (retail or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Interest in luxury fashion or lifestyle apparel is a plus.
