Nationwide is seeking a Field Claims Specialist to investigate and resolve moderate to severe property claims by phone and in person, primarily in the Baltimore, Carroll and Howard counties area. The role requires traveling 3-4 days per week, with some on-site and virtual inspections, and occasional overnight travel.
You will use Xactimate and follow company guidelines to deliver outstanding customer service.
