Remote Customer Service Representative

$17/hr | Fully Remote | 6-Month Contract

We're hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the healthcare open enrollment season. This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or food service experience who enjoy helping people and solving problems.

Responsibilities

+ Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries

+ Assist customers with account creation and password resets

+ Help customers upload documents and navigate online systems

+ Provide information regarding healthcare coverage and enrollment options

+ Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions

+ Accurately document customer interactions and update account information

+ Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

+ Previous customer service experience required

+ Call center experience preferred

+ Strong computer and navigation skills

+ Comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

+ Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

+ Must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM based on your local time zone

+ Training schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
