Call Center Representative

• Handle an average of 70 calls per day for appointment scheduling
• Answer inquiries about daily appointment scheduling and provider availability
• Attend required trainings including Electronic Health Records (EHR) training
• Schedule appointments in accordance with site-based guidelines
• Update patient demographic and insurance information
• Verify Individual Health Coverage eligibility
• Handle administrative, clinical, and informational calls
• Manage voicemails and send messages accurately

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of call center experience required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to type at minimum 25 words per minute
• Customer Service focused commitment
• Previous work from home experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• An Illinois-Issued driver’s license or state  required

Demonstrates strong customer service skills while managing appointment scheduling and handling inquiries. Proficient in updating patient information and verifying health coverage eligibility, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
