Grace Bay Resorts is seeking an Entry Level Client Services Coordinator to join our Hospitality team. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in luxury hospitality while supporting our valued guests and partners.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and service coordination to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the high standards of service that Grace Bay Resorts is known for.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $26 USD, along with the flexibility of remote work and opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Coordinate reservations and bookings accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client questions via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain detailed and organized client records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly
- Provide information about services, amenities, and offerings
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating client-related activities
- Support the Client Services team with administrative tasks
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and hospitality
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience
- Stay informed about company updates, policies, and service offerings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
