What you’ll own
- Lead new customers through setup, data migration, and adoption
- Learn the workflows of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service businesses firsthand
- Help teams connect calls, schedules, customer records, forms, inventory, and payments
- Turn customer questions and friction into clear product feedback
- Build the playbook for helping customers get value quickly and keep growing with nbound
What will help you succeed
- Experience with implementation, customer success, operations, or field service
- Strong communication and the ability to make complex processes understandable
- A bias toward solving the customer’s actual problem, not just closing a ticket
- Comfort working closely with product and engineering in an early company
