- Act as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and elevate as needed.

- Participate in weekly meetings and monthly all-hands.
- 3–5+ years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays, based in the US.
- Starting pay of $28 per hour with bonus opportunities.
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
