Job Overview:We are looking for a worker to spend abouttwo hours per weekday to help our customers by answering their non-medical questions. Success means helpingourcustomers while protecting our company. You would have a huge impact on your customers' lives, and you would havelots of potential for growth in responsibilities.
Reports To:The Customer Service Agent - Medical / Scientific will report to cofounder Kevin Tao
Responsibilities and Duties:- Helping Take Customer's Patient History and Pass it to Dr. Chang or other Medical Customer Service People
- Answering Customers'Non-Medical Questions on Email and in our Facebook Group
- Canceling orders
- Kind personality, but firm
- Ability to learn and grow
Tools Needed:Computer, cell phone and internet connection
Potential for Growth and Other Benefits:This job is as an independent contractor. You are going to start with a 3 month probation period. Depending on your performance, responsibilities will increase.
