As a Project Architect, you won’t just document buildings - you’ll lead teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and shape infrastructure that matters.
We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage the lifecycle of a project, through gathering information, preliminary design, construction documents, permitting, and construction. You would work alongside MEP engineers and construction managers to ensure design intent is maintained, deliverables meet quality standards, and projects stay on track from design development through construction.
WHATYOU'LL DO
As a Project Architect at Trileaf, you would:
- Lead the efforts in gathering information on the existing conditions and dimensions of proposed lease spaces, leveraging Trileaf’s internal Site Survey team
- Lead the technical development of projects from schematic design through construction documents
- Mentor internal architecture teams, coordinating workflows and maintaining quality across all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural engineers.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and building system integration using AutoCAD.
- Research and apply applicable codes, standards, and building technologies.
- Support construction administration with responses to RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
