Product Designer
What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Designer, you will contribute to the product design vision, collaborate with a design team, and work with other designers to simplify complexity and build features that customers are asking for. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Product Ops, Development, Customer Success, and Data Science to lead discovery and research, focusing on creating and evolving user personas and journey maps to define and optimize the customer management experience within the MyAdmin platform.

- Drive design initiatives in cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless integration of design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to enhance design capabilities, initiating improvements in design methodologies, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Lead efforts in building and maintaining a scalable component library, ensuring consistency across the product and regularly updating documentation to reflect design system changes.
- Conduct research, user testing, and analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, guiding the development of user‑centered design solutions.
- Take responsibility for knowledge sharing within the design team, mentoring and supporting junior designers to foster their professional growth and excellence.
- Advise managers on user‑centric design principles and best practices, ensuring that design solutions align with user needs and industry standards.
- Gather requirements and align design efforts with business objectives, actively seeking opportunities to improve the overall product experience.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, continuously evolving design skills and knowledge.
- Advise on design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders, presenting design solutions and justifying design decisions based on user research and data.
- Work independently with developers and product managers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for candidates on the higher end of that spectrum.
- Proficiency in UI design and collaborative tools including Figma, Figmake, Figjam (or equivalents), and familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools like Claude Code, Lovable, or UX Pilot.
- Deep knowledge of product design and design systems, including the ability to create, maintain, and scale component libraries and documentation.
- Experience in the user‑centered design process, from conducting research and facilitating workshops to high‑level design strategy and implementation.
- Strong technical competence with tools like Google Suite and a working understanding of front‑end development (React, HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell stories and communicate complex ideas/goals to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Must have the flexibility to travel (USA and Europe).
