Architect
We are seeking a talented Architect who will produce and refine project documentation, including schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents, under the supervision of licensed architects. The role involves assisting in field surveys and site observations, documenting architectural features of structures, and translating field conditions into accurate virtual models. You will utilize Revit and other rendering tools to create compelling visualizations, virtual models, and presentation graphics.
This position involves managing the BIM model in REVIT and BIM 360 and monitoring model quality for assigned projects. You will provide technical support for BIM-enabled workflows and coordinate with internal project teams to solve design and documentation challenges. Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards is essential, along with staying informed of updates in codes, materials, and best practices to improve the quality of deliverables.
You will work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their construction, finish, and FF&E standards, enhancing the function, safety, and aesthetics of a project. Generating design concepts for color palettes and materials and presenting them to clients via physical or digital boards is part of the role. Proficiency in all aspects of FF&E selection, documentation, including creating cut sheets, schedules, CSI specifications, and budget, is required.
Responsibilities:

Essential
Skills:
- Proficient in Revit
- Licensed Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience working at a firm
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Experience in sectors like education, commercial, mixed-use, historic preservation, and multi-family residential is welcomed.
Work Environment:
The position offers a hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $71000.00 - $91000.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
