Rula, a remote-first mental health platform, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to improve the patient journey from discovery to first session. This role is highly autonomous and sits in the User Research team, collaborating with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing.
You'll lead end-to-end studies, identify opportunities, frame questions, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape what we build and test. Strong communication with senior stakeholders is essential.
