This full-time Architect role is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Architect will design luxury residential projects, develop architectural plans and elevations, and ensure alignment with green and passive home principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, preparing construction documents, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and overseeing design details through project execution.

The role also involves managing project timelines, integrating design solutions with building systems, and maintaining documentation that supports smooth construction and compliance with relevant codes.

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in custom residential projects.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, including Project Management, scheduling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Integration of architectural concepts with structural, mechanical, and sustainable building systems.
• Comfort working with relevant Software Development or software tools, such as Revit/BIM platforms and project management applications.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
• Knowledge of green building practices, passive home standards, and local building codes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, health-focused, and energy-efficient homes.
