Chicago, Illinois. Telemedicine Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists positions for full‑time and part‑time. Full‑time base salary $280,000. Part‑time salary adjusted proportionally. Positions are 100% remote but require residency in Illinois and an active Illinois license.

• 100% remote telemedicine.
• Live in Illinois and hold an active state license.
• Two positions available (full‑time and part‑time).
• Full‑time schedule: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with one late evening until 7:00 p.m.
• Part‑time schedule: 16–30 hours per week, with benefits adjusted accordingly.
• Reasonable patient volume and high patient access.
• All C/A fellows completing 2025, fellows finishing June 2026, and experienced clinicians are welcome.
• No visa sponsorship.

C/A fellows who completed their fellowships in 2025, fellows who will complete training in June 2026, and C/A psychiatrists with work experience are all strongly considered.

• Active Illinois license.
• Telemedicine experience and readiness.
• Commitment to productivity (2.7+ clinical visits per day).
• Strong collaboration with scheduling and clinical staff.
• Ability to conduct and document PHQ-2/PHQ-9 depression screening.

• Gather patient histories and conduct clinical assessments.
• Screen for depression with PHQ-2 and PHQ-9, monitoring progress.
• Prepare medical records, clinical reports, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with scheduling, clinical staff, health management team, and other providers to ensure patient access and meet daily/weekly productivity goals.
• Diagnose, prescribe medication, and refer to other behavior health treatments, including full or partial hospitalization.
• Maintain low no‑show rates with clinic visits.
• Integrate into the behavior health team with excellent support and comprehensive onboarding.

• Full‑time starting base salary $280,000 (further discussion).
• Complete fringe benefits package: 403b retirement plan; CME one week paid plus $2,000; dental, disability, health, life, vision insurance; paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage; 80 hours paid time off; 3 weeks paid vacation to start; qualified for federal and state student loan repayment.
