We are actively seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist Physician for an urgent 14-day assignment in Illinois, commencing Apr 6, 2026. This role involves providing full-spectrum oncology care, primarily Monday through Friday, with consistent 8-hour shifts from 8am to 4:30pm and no call responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring continuity of care for patients undergoing active treatment and follow-up.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide coverage for on-treatment patients and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in medical and radiation oncology.
- Review treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care during provider absence.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Radiation Oncology is required.
- The facility utilizes Epic EMR.
- This position provides critical continuity of care for patients actively undergoing treatment and follow-up care during a provider's medical leave.
