Job Summary

Emory University’s Department of Otolaryngology seeks one full-time Otolaryngology Hospitalist at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to join a robust team. The position is based at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta. Duties include patient care, resident and fellow teaching, and academic productivity. The role involves a clinical appointment in the Department of Otolaryngology and an academic appointment in Emory University School of Medicine.

The salary is competitive for a 12‑month appointment, with excellent benefits.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
  • Preferred research and publication history, experience in clinical and research mentorship, and a national reputation within otolaryngology.
  • Eligibility for a valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the state of Georgia.
  • Controlled Substance Registration Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate.
Work Conditions

Position tasks are generally required to be performed in person at Emory University. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
