About the Role:
Setting: 100% remote consult-liaison psychiatry (emergency department & inpatient)
Compensation: 1099 | starting at $185/hour with a robust productivity-based compensation model designed to maximize earnings
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 for qualified full-time nocturnist hires
Patient Population: all ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
Schedule: full-time nocturnist schedule (13–16 overnight shifts per month), including rotating weekend coverage (1-2 shifts a month)
NP Supervision: collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP

Qualifications:
active medical license, IMLC letter of qualification is a plus.
completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
board certification in psychiatry required
minimum of 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison psychiatry experience via telehealth
experience and willingness to evaluate patients ages 5+ in emergency department settings
telehealth experience using Epic EMR required
comfortable working across multiple health systems and varying levels of patient acuity
reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
