• Develop and implement instructional resources using ISD principles and adult learning strategies
• Evaluate curriculum documents and guide faculty on effective teaching methods in a web-based environment
• Design and create instructional web pages, online courses, and educational materials
• Track educational trends and assist with the integration of emerging technologies into learning activities
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure timely development of instructional materials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of instructional design experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven experience using ISD principles for multimedia and traditional training systems
• Familiarity with virtual education programs, including live and asynchronous formats
• Experience in evaluating curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with continuing medical education or health professions
• Proven ability to motivate and encourage faculty through project management skills
