This is an independent contractor role suited to established educators who are ready to apply their skills in a new, flexible, and results-driven environment.
About the RoleAs a Remote Education Consultant, you will:
- Facilitate structured virtual consultations focused on leadership and career clarity
- Apply mentoring and facilitation skills to support professionals navigating transition
- Engage in professional conversations via digital platforms including Linked In and Zoom
- Contribute to visibility and thought leadership aligned with career and leadership development
- Operate independently within defined systems, compliance standards, and professional guidelines
This role combines autonomy with structure. You manage your schedule while working within an established professional framework.
Ideal Background- 5+ years’ experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum design, or academic administration
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience mentoring adults or supporting professional development initiatives
- Comfortable using virtual platforms and digital tools
- Self-directed with a high level of professional accountability
This position is well suited to experienced educators seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to apply their skills beyond traditional institutional settings.
Engagement Structure- This is an independent contractor engagement (not a salaried position)
- Performance-based compensation aligned with measurable outcomes
